Four Titans Named to WVC Division II First-Team (4-10-18)
Fueled by a regular season first-place finish for the 16th straight year in the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference, the UW-Oshkosh II men’s volleyball team was well represented on the All-Conference team that was announced on Saturday (April 7) at the WVC State Championship in Menomonee Falls.

Steve Seaman (So. – Muskego) repeated on the All-WVC First Team for the second straight season. Ryan Albers (Sr. – Appleton), Matt Aussem (Fr. – Glendale) and Steve Cotton (Sr. – Muskego) were all named to the First Team for the first time in leading the Titans.

Seaman played as a six-rotation left side hitter and Aussem complemented him in the same position. Albers, battling injury all season, led the Titans offense from the setter’s position and Cotton split time both as a middle blocker and right side hitter.

UW-Oshkosh II also claimed the WVC Division II State Championship for the ninth straight season beating UW-Eau Claire II, 25-14, 24-26, 17-15 in the championship match.
