Oshkosh II Claims WVC Regular Season Crown with win over Oshkosh III (3-9-10)
The UW-Oshkosh II team won its eighth consecutive Wisconsin Volleyball Conference Division II regular season conference title with a 25-8, 25-16, 25-14 sweep of UW-Oshkosh III on Monday (March 8) in Kolf Sports Center.
Parker Gross (So. - Appleton) led UW-Oshkosh II with nine kills in ten attempts, Jordan Mattingly (Jr. - Kaukauna) had seven kills in seven attempts, Domenic Judkins (Fr. - Kaukauna) added seven kills, Matt Maciejewski (So. - Greenfield) six and David Mills (Jr. - Janesville) and Luke Coyle (So. - Wauwatosa) five as UW-Oshkosh II piled up 39 kills.
Chris Schinner (Sr. - Mequon) has 21 assists, Greg Lulich (Sr. - Ashland) 14 digs and four service aces and Bob Hall (Fr. - Appleton) 10 assists for UW-Oshkosh II. Maciejewski added 13 digs and three service aces, Judkins nine digs and three blocks, Mattingly four blocks and Coyle and Gross three blocks in the win.
Alex Reynolds (Sr. - South Milwaukee) led UW-Oshkosh III with seven kills, Brian Fox (Jr. - Fond du Lac) eight digs and Mike Heup (Jr. - Oconomowoc) 15 assists.
