UW-Oshkosh II Grabs All-American Honors (4-14-15)
The UW-Oshkosh II men's volleyball team took second place at the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation Division III national championship in Kansas City, Missouri and individuals were awarded for their outstanding play.
Sam Moua (So. - Appleton) repeated as the NCVF Division III national libero of the year leading the Titans in the back court. He was also named a First-Team All-American selection.
Previously Moua was named the Wisconsin Volleyball Conference Division II libero of the year for the second consecutive season.
Setter Adam Landgraf (Jr. - Kenosha) and middle blocker Nate Leitermann (So. - Brookfield) picked up their first All-American selection of their career as they were both selected to the first team. Both were named WVC First Team selections earlier in the year, helping the Titans to their 13th straight WVC regular season title and their seventh straight WVC state championship crown.
Rounding out the UW-Oshkosh II All-American nods were middle blocker Braeden Melton (Jr. - Beloit) and left side hitter Sammy Pedersen (So. - Muskego). Both were named to the honorable mention team to achieve their first All-American selection. Pedersen garnered a spot on the WVC Division II first team and Melton found a home on the honorable mention team announced previously this season.
